Terms & Conditions

Payment

A deposit of 25% of the total holiday fee is payable if booking is made more than 6 weeks in advance. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. For bookings less than 6 weeks before your start date, the full amount is due immediately. Payment can be made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly and paying through bank transfer or cheque.

Cancellations

You should notify us of any cancellation immediately by letter or email. We will do our best to re-let the property, in which case you will be reimbursed, less an administration fee of £25. If we are unable to re-let, you will remain liable for the full amount. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover such cancellation.

COVID-19 policy- If, due to Government restrictions, you are unable to travel or we are unable to open, you will be offered a full refund or a change of dates. If you are unable to travel due to testing positive or needing to self-isolate, our standard cancellation policy applies and you will be refunded if we are able to rebook the dates.

Arrival & Departure

All holidays start and finish on a Friday, unless you have booked a short break with us. Arrival time is 4pm. Departure by 9.30am.

Number of Persons

The number in your party must not exceed the maximum number stipulated in the property description.

Pets

Pentre is a pet free property.

No Smoking

There is a no smoking policy anywhere at Pentre.

Linen & Towels

We provide all bed linen except for cot bedding. Towels are provided for use within Pentre, beach towels are not provided.

Complaints

If you experience any problems or have a complaint, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to rectify it while you are on holiday. If it becomes necessary to access the property during your stay in order to deal with essential maintenance or repair, we reserve the right to do this.

Your Obligations

To notify us of any losses or damages and to pay for this. You are expected to take good care of the property and leave it in the same condition as you found it on arrival. We reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if not left in a satisfactory state.
